An illegal alien MS-13 member was allowed to attend a public high school in Maryland, even after he became the primary suspect in the brutal murder of a young woman, a local news outlet just discovered.

“Fox45 has learned an MS-13 gang member, in the country illegally, was attending a Maryland public school while he was the primary suspect in a vicious murder,” investigative reporter Chris Papst posted to X Sunday. “He was just sentenced to 70 years in prison. And he was allowed to be a student in a public school AFTER he committed the murder.”

Walter Javier Martinez, a 19-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, was recently given seven decades in prison after being found guilty of breaking into the bedroom of 20-year-old Kayla Hamilton, sexually assaulting her, and then strangling her to death on July 27, 2022. Martinez, then 16, had just crossed the border unlawfully four months before as part of a massive surge if illegal aliens caught and released by the Biden/Harris administration.

In an intercepted letter he’d penned to a pastor in El Salvador while in prison, Martinez reportedly admitted to killing four other people and raping at least two other women.

But despite being an illegal alien, a known gang member, and the primary suspect in Hamilton’s murder, Fox45 says Martinez was allowed to remain in a local high school while awaiting trial. For raping and strangling a girl to death.

Biden and Harris' America, y'all.
