Another day, another migrant crime. And in New York City, that day seems to be pretty much every single one without fail.

An illegal alien from Nicaragua has been arrested in the Big Apple for allegedly raping a woman at knifepoint last Sunday, while another illegal alien - this one from Mexico - beat her boyfriend when he tried to intervene.

According to the New York Post, 24-year-old David Davon-Bonilla, of Nicaragua, had been released from jail less than two months ago after being convicted for sexually assaulting a 34-year-old woman at a La Quinta hotel, which had been turned into a taxpayer-funded city shelter. He spent about a year in prison before taking a plea deal and being released back on to the sanctuary city’s streets.

Then last weekend, under the Riegelmann Boardwalk in Coney Island, police say he held a 46-year-old homeless woman down and raped her while holding a knife to her throat. When the woman’s 34-year-old boyfriend tried to stop the attack, Leovando Moreno, a 37-year-old man from Mexico, allegedly hit him with a pipe.

Adding insult to injury, neither man has any legal right to be in the country.

Davon-Bonilla reportedly crossed the U.S. border into Eagle Pass, Texas illegally in December 2022 as part of a massive surge of millions of illegal aliens prompted by President Joe Biden’s open-border policies. He was reportedly caught sneaking through the brush, and told border agents he was headed to Miami before giving them the address to a homeless shelter, the Post reports. Obviously he either didn’t go there or he didn’t say, considering he ended up in New York City, where he’s allegedly’s gone on a raping spree for the past year and a half.

For this most recent crime, Davon-Bonilla, who police say is homeless (isn't that just great?), has been charged with first-degree rape, second-degree assault, first-degree sexual abuse, menacing, and criminal possession of a weapon, to which he’s pled not guilty.

Moreno, who is also currently homeless, has been charged with second-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He has also pled not guilty, claiming he was simply trying to break up the fight when he hit the victim’s boyfriend with the pipe. He’s now being held on $20,000 cash bail.

Both men are due in court on Friday - for whatever that’s worth in a sanctuary city that will eventually let them go anyway.
