Yet another Black Lives Matter activist has landed in federal prison after it turns out he spent gobs of donated cash on luxuries for himself, including fancy dining, luxury clothing, and guns.
Yes, guns.
A grand jury last week found Sir Maejor Page, born Tyree Conyers-Page, of Toledo, Ohio guilty of defrauding donors after he repeatedly used more than $450,000 given to his “Black Lives Matter of Greater Atlanta” chapter to eat out at high-dollar restaurants, buy custom-made suits, purchase property and firearms, and load up on furniture. According to the indictment, Page collected money via social media even after the IRS denied his tax-exempt status in 2019, raking in cash from more than 18,000 through his Facebook page alone.
Following the death of George Floyd in 2020, Page - who also has three prior arrests for impersonating police officers and FBI agents - exploited the story on Facebook and used it to take in more than $467,000 between that June and August alone. At the time, he was also invited to speak at public press conferences on the topics of social justice and community policing.

And it doesn’t look like a dime went to any community services or programs. The grand jury found Page spent the donated funds on luxury items for himself, including a home security system and electronic equipment, entertainment, Walmart shopping sprees, and firearms.
Being the idiot that he is, Page even posted videos on social media flaunting the money and clipping custom cuff links on a fancy shirt.

He also wrote in text messages that he’d “won the lottery” and “bought a big ass cribo.”
His defense had argued Page is “not highly educated and coincidentally fell backwards into the donations,” saying the money came in organically and not because of any direct solicitation efforts from Page.
It seems neither the jury nor the judge bought that line, and Page has now been sentenced to nearly four years in prison.
I’m assuming he won’t get gucci loafers there.
