One man was arrested and 11 others turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement after police said they busted a house where an 11-year-old and possibly multiple other girls had reportedly been tied up and gang raped.

It all started when the 11-year-old girl arrived at the Sanford Bemidji Medical Center in Minnesota saying she’d been held against her will and raped by multiple men. An investigation led them to 821 America Court NW, where they arrested 22-year-old Oscar Ernesto Luna - who was already wanted on at least one other DWI charge in nearby Hennepin County - and charged him with first-degree criminal sexual conduct after the girl identified him by his face tattoos and piercings. Another 11 men were arrested and transferred to immigration authorities to be processed as illegal aliens, according to reports.

While in the hospital, the girl told police that a woman whom she referred to as “Auntie” had made her get in a car, where a bag was placed over her head before she was taken to a house and tied up in a room with at least two other girls. She said multiple men then sexually assaulted her, along with the other victims. She was finally able to escape after another girl helped untie her.

In a Facebook post, Bemidji police claimed the situation was still an “active investigation,” and didn’t give any update on the other girls who the victim said were in the house, or whether they'll be charging any of the other 11 men with crimes.

Meanwhile, border agents reported a shocking 210,000 illegal alien apprehensions at the Southwest U.S. border in September, up by roughly 30,000 from the 181,000 they caught in August. September’s stunning report brings the total number of illegals caught in FY2023 - which ended Sept. 30 - to more than 2.4 million, setting a new annual record and marking only the second time in recorded history that illegal alien apprehensions have topped 2 million in a given fiscal year.

More than 2 million illegal aliens - many of them unvetted, with unknown criminal histories - have been released into the United States by the Biden Administration since 2021.
