Breaking: State Dept. STILL Won't Answer Whether Hillary Signed Form That Could Mean She Committed a Felony

“I don’t have an update on this matter; we’re still working on it,” is all that State Department Spokesperson Jen Psaki would say today on the question of whether Hillary had signed the State Department's separation agreement when she left the department.

The question is important because former DOJ attorney Shannen Coffin believes that Hillary Clinton committed a crime if she signed the Department's Form SF-109 STATE-USIA Separation Form and still retained 50,000 emails on her private server.

All employees of the State Department are required to sign a document called the SF-109 STATE-USIA Separation Form upon the end of their employment with the department.

In what turned into a dog and pony show at today’s state department briefing, the AP’s Matt Lee rallied after Psaki’s non-answer, saying: “I mean, a Human Resources department presumably has a file on every employee; it can’t be that difficult…”

“I don’t think former secretaries are standard employees…” responded Psaki, laughing.

Lee: “Well they might not be, but how hard could it be to find out whether she did or not?”

“I understand why you’re asking – we’re looking to get an answer. I don’t have an answer today,” said Psaki.

“Well do you know if someone, has anyone – where do these forms once they’re signed go?” asked Lee.

In a true sign of the inanity of the discourse the State department has sunk to, Psaki responded: “Where in the building do they go?”

Lee: “I mean… if I asked for a form of someone else who left…”

“I’m not sure how many forms we’d be willing to give you access to,” said Psaki, grinning through bared teeth. She then laughed, as “giving access” was a rare favor bestowed upon the press, rather than a right basic to democracy.

Lee asked: “Well, you might know, presumably, if someone had signed one?”

“Sure, we keep records; I don’t have an update on this particular one today,” answered Psaki.

Lee: “They don’t go into the ether like so many other emails seem to have?”

“No, we keep records, yes,” said Psaki.

“So if someone had signed one, it would be on file someplace?” asked Lee.

“We do keep records, yes,” said Psaki. “It would be on file.”

When asked last week if Hillary Clinton signed the form, Psaki said: "I think this has been asked, it was more than two years ago; I don't have an update on that specific question at this point."
