Border Agents Separately Apprehend Three Foreign-Born Child Sex Criminals

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) sent out three press releases Wednesday detailing three separate apprehensions of foreign-born convicted child molesters, including an illegal border-crosser and one guy who had reportedly just “walked out of the probation office without permission” after being charged with child sex crimes.

One press release issued Wednesday explained:

U.S. Customs and Border Protection Field Operations officers at the Port of Nogales arrested a Mesa man returning from Mexico earlier today after learning he has an outstanding warrant for child molestation out of Mesa, Arizona.

The man told officers he has been living in Mexico for the past three months and was returning to Phoenix. Officers referred the man for secondary inspection to confirm his identity and citizenship.

A background and fingerprint check revealed his identity as 28-year-old Evan Allen Bramer, wanted in Maricopa County. Officers turned Bramer over to the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s office for extradition.

According to the Maricopa County Adult Probation Office, Bramer is an unregistered sex offender who absconded in late January 2015 when he allegedly walked out of the probation office without permission.

The press release declined to comment on Bramer’s legal status in the United States, nor did it explain how Bramer was allowed to simply walk out of a probation office after being accused of molesting a child.

Apparently, Wednesday was National Foreign Child Molester Day, because CBP sure had their fair share. From a second press release issued Wednesday:

Border Patrol agents assigned to the Tucson Station arrested a previously deported, convicted sex offender March 13 near Three Points, Arizona, after he attempted to enter the United States illegally.

Following the arrest of Victor Roberto Hernandez-Dolores, a 33-year-old citizen of Mexico, agents conducting records checks found that Hernandez was convicted of felony child molestation in Georgia and was removed from the U.S. on Dec. 12, 2014.

In a third, totally unrelated incident, CBP apprehended Saudi Arabian citizen Fahad Ahmad Omish, who had been permitted to enter the United States legally last year before committing multiple child sex crimes.

Omish legally entered the U.S. on August 24, 2015, to attend Gannon University in Erie, Pa. On December 17, 2015, Omish was arrested and charged with 13 offenses under the Pennsylvania criminal code, including distribution and possession of child pornography.

On March 2, 2016, Omish was convicted and sentenced to 13 years of probation. Immigration and Customs Enforcement deportation officers took custody of Omish. He will be detained without bond until his removal from the U.S.
