Boom! Patricia Heaton Schools CNN’s Cillizza on Religious Freedom

CNN’s irritating political personality Chris Cillizza recently got schooled by actress Patricia Heaton, star of the show “The Middle.”

Cillizza was lecturing President Trump on Twitter, telling the president, “The US is literally premised on the right of people to freely express their beliefs without fear of reprisal.” It was a reference to the president’s criticism of athletes who don’t stand for the national anthem.

Heaton, a Catholic, caught Cillizza’s tweet, and had a response: “Unless ‘the dogma lives loudly within you.’”

Boom. Heaton’s was a reference to something said by Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) on September 6, when Feinstein spoke about her concerns that appeals court nominee Amy Barrett’s Catholicism might prevent her from being a good judge. “The dogma lives loudly within you, and that's a concern,” Feinstein told Barrett.

Heaton may have also mentioned Christian bakers.
