Hate doesn't take the weekend off. The radical Islamic group Boko Haram led an attack kiling 86 people on Saturday, including many children.

The group carried out their senseless act of violence in the northeastern Nigerian village of Dalori, shooting and burning their victims alive during the attack.

USA Today reported:

The Associated Press said it spoke to a survivor who watched Boko Haram extremists firebomb huts and heard the screams of children burning to death. Survivor Alamin Bakura told the AP that several of his family members were killed or wounded in the the attack, which lasted for nearly four hours. It was not clear if Bakura was the survivor who hid in the tree.

Many of the bodies were charred and riddled with bullets.

The area coordinator for Nigeria’s National Emergency Management Agency, Mohammed Kanar, stated that 86 bodies were collected in total by Sunday afternoon.

Boko Haram should be perceived as dangerous as ISIS. The Institute of Economics and Peace reported that in 2014, Boko Haram was responsible for 10 of the 20 “most fatal terrorist attacks." ISIS was responsible for six.
