A video from the group “America's Frontline Doctors” has been systematically scrubbed by Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube after going viral on Monday.

The video, hosted by Breitbart News, features a group of doctors and medical professionals discussing the use of hydroxychloroquine as a method of treatment for COVID-19. Apparently not an opinion approved by the social media giants.

President Donald Trump’s tweets about the subject have been removed and Donald Trump Jr’s Twitter account has reportedly been suspended for tweeting out the video.

Media Research Center President Brent Bozell tweeted out,” The Big Tech Gestapo are at it again! Facebook, Google, and YouTube went insane yesterday and again shut down free speech, removing a viral @BreitbartNews video of a @TPPatriots event. Big Tech can’t be allowed to choose whose voice is heard.

Breitbart reports:

The livestream had accumulated over 17 million views by the time of its censorship by Facebook.

In terms of viral velocity, the post was beating content from many other prominent accounts on Facebook today, including Hillary Clinton, Rev. Franklin Graham, and Kim Kardashian.

KTLA reports YouTube and Facebook also removed the video: “We’ve removed this video for sharing false information about cures and treatments for COVID-19,” a Facebook spokesperson told CNN, adding that the platform is “showing messages in News Feed to people who have reacted to, commented on or shared harmful COVID-19-related misinformation that we have removed, connecting them to myths debunked by the WHO.”

Turning Point USA President Charlie Kirk tweeted, ”Why does Twitter remove videos from Doctors who give advice on how to save lives?”

Conservative radio show host Mark Levin tweeted, “The leftist tyranny of Big Tech and their censorship of science.”

Breitbart News reports their Twitter account has since been limited.

Twitter claims “We support initiatives that defend and respect all voices by promoting free expression and defending civil liberties.”

Just some voices are more respected than others by big tech.

The CEOs of Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Apple will testify together in front of Congress for the first time ever tomorrow, expect the multiple recent issues of censorship to be brought up.
