Education Secretary Miguel Cardona claimed during his remarks at a White House event Tuesday that "Students need access to [abortions] in order to thrive in school and in life,” suggesting not only that it’s OK to murder innocent pre-born children, but that women cannot both be mothers and enjoy personal success.

“It’s clear the Dobbs ruling has sown fear and confusion on our college campuses," Cardona said, sitting next to Biden.

“As I share your grave concerns about maintaining access to contraception and reproductive health services on our college campuses and ensuring there’s accurate and reliable information for students and for educators. Students need access to health care to thrive in school and in life, and that includes reproductive health care," he added.

Which, on top of being horrific, is also untrue.

For example, here’s one young mom who earned two grad degrees while raising not one, but two baby girls from an unexpected pregnancy.

In 2018, 24-year-old single mom Briana Williams graduated from Harvard Law School, accepting her diploma in one hand while holding her one-year-old baby girl in the other.

Veronica was 22 when she found out she was pregnant by her boyfriend. Pressured to abort, she chose life – without giving up on college.

In fact, even in the face of financial challenges and time management obstacles, the number of single moms enrolling in college programs is on the rise - proving that women can, in fact, raise children and succeed both in academia and in life.

And only a misogynistic

idiot would say otherwise.
