When not stammering nonsensically through a press conference on Wednesday, Joe Biden claimed he had "no idea" why a recent poll shows a large percentage of Americans question his cognitive function.
Biden was asked about a poll released by Politico Morning Consult that found 49 percent of registered voters disagreeing with the statement "Joe Biden is mentally fit."
Newsmax reporter James Rosen asked about the poll, "Why do you suppose such large segments of the American electorate have come to harbor such profound concerns about your cognitive fitness?"
Biden responded, "I have no idea."
Perhaps Biden should watch a replay of his own press conference, his performance may give him an idea.
