President Joe Biden apparently thinks doctors should be able to carve up a child's perfectly healthy reproductive organs and no one should be able to say jack about it.
The president stated his position that states shouldn’t be able to outlaw the physical mutilation of children in the name of “gender affirming care,” reiterating a radical support for the alphabet mafia that’s now become a central part of the left’s political platform.
When asked by trans “influencer” Dylan Mulvaney – more on this grown man who identifies as a little girl here – whether states should “have a right” to criminalize “gender-affirming care” including hysterectomies and castrations for underage children, Biden responded that such laws are “wrong.”
“Do you think states should have a right to ban gender-affirming health care?” Mulvaney asked, referring to several states like Texas that have moved to criminalize performing non-medically necessary “transition” procedures on minors.
“I don’t think any state or anybody should have a right to do that, as a moral question and as a legal question. I just think it’s wrong,” the president answered.
We don’t let kids get tattoos before they are 18, but @JoeBiden doesn’t think states should be able to ban kids from getting their genitals chopped off. The fact that this position is Democrat orthodoxy now is complete insanity. pic.twitter.com/9znP54MpjD— Clay Travis (@ClayTravis) October 24, 2022
To be clear, no state has outlawed voluntary castrations, sterilizations, hormone replacements, or mastectomies for grown adults who believe they need to mutilate their natural bodies to feel more “authentic.” Some states, however, have taken the necessary step of banning those procedures on kids, protecting young children from being taken advantage of by adults willing to help them permanently alter their bodies before they’re even old enough to buy a pack of cigarettes, much less make a clear-headed decision to render themselves infertile.
Lest you believe this is a crock, the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), a major transgender health organization used by many children’s hospitals to craft their medical policies, now recommends performing breast removal procedures on "trans" girls as young as 15 years old, and OKs genital surgery, including uterus and testicle removal, for those as young as 17. Hormone therapy and puberty blockers, on the other hand, are often given to very young children even before the onset of puberty.
Which apparently is all on the up-and-up, as far as the leader of the free world is concerned.
