After establishing earlier this week that Joe Biden still might not realize he's president, it turns out he doesn't know what's in the giant, multi-billion-dollar "Inflation Reduction Act" he'll soon sign to fight inflation by...spending craploads of money and raising taxes.
Speaking before a crowd in Kentucky on Monday, Biden, who was there to talk to Americans devastated by the historic flooding that wiped out their communities in July, offered this:
"What we're doing today what we passed yesterday helping taking care of everything from healthcare to God knows what else," he said.

After all, I guess we've got to pass it before we can know what's in it, right?

"What we gotta do is, we're gonna see...for example, they gotta dig a water line for a community. There's no reason why they can't at the same time...be digging a line...that puts in a whole new modern line for internet connections," Biden went on, seeming to think it's the federal government's job to make sure people have access to WiFi.
To remind, this is a multi-billion-dollar boondoggle expected to raise taxes on working Americans and on corporations, who will in turn raise the cost of their own goods and services to cover the loss, all while showering hundreds of billions of dollars on "climate change" initiatives and hiring another 87,000 IRS agents to "audit" people's taxes.
And the President of the United States has no idea what's in it.
