Biden Delays Release of More JFK Assassination Docs, Blaming… COVID19!

As we all know, Wuhan SARS CoV-2 is a wily and fickle virus.

Not only do politicians and fear-mongering bureaucrats label it a “pandemic” despite the fact that it has a survivability rate over 99 percent for all quintiles combined, the virus magically allows politicians who tell folks to “wear masks and social distance” to turn around and go maskless, in close quarters. The anthropomorphic virus also appears to steer clear of diners, but not the waiters and waitresses who must wear masks to serve them.

And now, SARS CoV-2 has, in its wily way, chosen to target the U.S. government’s long-overdue release of a second huge trove of JFK assassination documents.

Matt McNulty reports for The Daily Mail:

The White House said Friday it would delay the release of long-classified documents related to the assassination of US President John F. Kennedy, while citing the 'significant impact' of the COVID-19 pandemic as cause for the holdup.

Because, as everyone knows, 59 years isn’t long enough for the ever-efficient U.S. government to release information it used tax money to collect and keep.

This statement coming after politicians in many states have shut down private businesses, but the feds have kept on truckin,’ and taxing, and spending – making it a bit hard to believe that COVID19 has been any kind of hindrance to federal “operations.”

President Joe Biden wrote in a statement that 'an interim release' of the remaining classified files 'shall be withheld from full public disclosure' until 'later this year' - nearly 60 years after Kennedy's assassination in Dallas, Texas in 1963.

A second batch of records will be released to the public in a 'more comprehensive release' in a little over a year on December 15, 2022, the memo announced.

The Trump Administration in 2018 released the first batch of some 19,000 “secret files,” but another 14,000 were delayed, with an announced release period of this year, to conform with a statute passed in 1992.

The deadline had been initially imposed 25 years ago by then-President George H.W. Bush after passing the John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act.

Of course, at the time, many Americans saw former CIA-man Bush's move as its own delaying tactic, to push off the release of information that should have been available to taxpayers immediately, since they paid for it.

How many of those forced to pay for this messed-up “classified” document sequestering have died in the interim? Why is it that politicians simply can claim the power to withhold information they tell the serfs is “too sensitive” for them to see?

Joe Biden offers no rational explanation:

Biden also said the delay was 'necessary to protect against identifiable harm to the military defense, intelligence operations, law enforcement, or the conduct of foreign relations' and that this 'outweighs the public interest in immediate disclosure.'

And, for added insulting flavor, the “pandemic” gives us this note, from McNulty:

The national archivist added that the administration 'making these decisions is a matter that requires a professional, scholarly, and orderly process; not decisions or releases made in haste.'

One would have to be addle-headed to think that nearly SIXTY YEARS is hasty.
