In just one of a series of stumbles, slurs and gaffes, President Joe Biden appeared to call the Ukrainian people the “Iranian” people in a verbal stumble during his State of the Union address Tuesday night.
“Putin may circle Ukraine, but he will never win the hearts of the Iranian people," Biden said.
