Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla) slammed Democrat Steve Cohen (D-TN) who connected her to the school shooting in Nashville over her wearing an AR-15 pin to Congress.
During a segment on MSNBC (where else?) host Katy Tur mentioned certain congress people that have worn AR-15 pins to show their support of the Second Amendment and Cohen chimed in with "hard" for him it is to serve with these types of members of Congress.
"Right now in Congress, it's pathetic. It's hard for me to serve up there now with some of the people that I have to serve with," Cohen said shortly after images of lawmakers wearing the pins had flashed across the screen.
"I mean, they're a part of the danger," he added.
"It's pretty sick that you're trying to imply I caused this," Rep. Luna tweeted in to Cohen in response.

"I survived an armed robbery, home invasion, gang shooting on campus, & my husband was shot. It's this beta energy rhetoric that contributes to the senseless politicization & celebrity status of mass shooters. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the cameras for a bit. Sounds like you could use some reflection.”
