All is not well in Baltimore. And, as if that needed to be proven further, there's footage that shows it.
The Baltimore City Fraternal Order of Police shared a disturbing video on social media Tuesday allegedly showing a group of young black men in Baltimore appearing to be filming a rap music video while waving guns, all in a city with some of the strictest gun laws in the nation.
“This was posted to social media just days before a recent murder in the same O'Donnell Heights neighborhood,” the FOP posted along with the video. “This is what our Cops are facing under the current administration. They can't even find a way to resolve the squeegee issue let alone this!”

“Don’t talk to the po-po, that’s a no-no or you will get shot down,” the men sing in the clip while waving an assortment of handguns, sometimes pointing them at the camera, as others walked around holding wads of $100 bills.
The Baltimore Sun reported that a 32-year-old man was shot to death in the O'Donnell Heights neighborhood Sunday, adding yet another death to the city's skyrocketing homicide rate.
