It’s only January 3, and New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez may have already thrown out the dumbest tweet of the year.
The Democrat socialist accused the GOP of – and it’s almost painful to write this – projecting their sexual frustrations at her because she won’t date them.
No, really.
Here’s how it all started: the pro-government Big Apple congresswoman beat feet out of the vaccine obsessed tyranny of New York City and spent the holidays vacationing in sunny Florida, a GOP stronghold free from mask rules and vaccine passports. And Twitter was quick to notice – including Trump advisor and now-former Newsmax host Steve Cortes, who pointed out AOC’s maskless jaunt through the Sunshine State while taking a jab at her sandal-clad boyfriend.
“If Leftists like AOC actually thought mandates and masking worked, they wouldn’t be frolicking in free FL,” Cortes tweeted, adding, “Her guy is showing his gross pale male feet in public (not at a pool/beach) with hideous sandals. 0 for 2.”
And somehow, AOC interpreted the slam as meaning that Cortes and his fellow Republicans must be drooling at her feet.

Maybe – just maybe – they’re simply pointing out that if you’re such a fan of tyranny and government control, you should suck it up and stay in the cesspool you helped create instead of spending the holidays in a free state that openly rejects your socialist garbage.
No one wants to date you, honey - except maybe the dude in the hideous Birkenstocks. You can keep him.
