Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a moron.

So that’s not really telling you anything. But sometimes, her idiocy reaches such shocking new heights, it bears repeating that this is woman whose chandelier is clearly in need of a few more bulbs.

The New York congresswoman, who just made waves for selling a pro-socialism shirt for a pricey $58 (thanks, capitalism!) took to Twitter this week to lecture “conservative senators” on how, unlike them, she actually knows what it’s like to work a “physically demanding” job as a…bartender.

Because slinging drinks is about as laborious as it gets, apparently.

“The thing that these conservative Senators don’t seem to understand is that I’ve actually had a physically difficult working-class job without good healthcare most of my adult life,” the Democratic socialist bragged on Twitter. “I bring that work ethic to Congress & to my community. They sit around on leather chairs all day.”

AOC then suggested that no Republican has ever worked as a server or a bartender and that, if they ever did, they wouldn't be up to such a demanding challenge.

Putting aside the fact that AOC also sits around in a leather chair all day given her position as a high-paid congresswoman, and ignoring the fact that pouring wine and shaking martinis isn’t exactly the definition of grueling labor (I know - I've done it), it’s also worth noting that those “conservative senators” that this 31-year-old former waitress is lecturing on hard work include a slew of U.S. military veterans, many of whom served in combat zones.

For example, Republican Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas served multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan as a member of the U.S. Army. Rick Scott, a Republican senator from Florida, served in the U.S. Navy as a radar tech aboard the USS Glover. Sen. Joni Ernst, is both a Republican and retired Iowa National Guard lieutenant colonel with a laundry list of accolades. The list of vets also includes, just to name a few, Oklahoma Sen. Jim Inhofe, Georgia Sen. Doug Collins, and South Carolina Sen. Lindsay Graham. And that doesn't include all the GOP congressmen and congresswomen working across the aisle from AOC.

While the fact that this level of stupidity can get elected to Congress doesn't bode well for the country, it sure is fun to watch a self-righteous brat with an overblown victimhood complex explain to these guys how much harder it is to serve up half-price margaritas during the dinner rush.
