Sometimes who opposes you can say even more about you, than those who express support for you.
In the case of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, his latest opposition comes from March For Our Lives, the organization started after a school shooting in Parkland, Florida and focused on creating more gun regulations.
"Kavanaugh's basically the roadblock to anything we want happening," Charlie Mirsky, the political director of March For Our Lives told NPR.
"We believe that if we got anything passed, he could declare it unconstitutional," he said. "He could just block anything we want from staying in place."
I have to assume from his last statement, that Mirsky believes the laws March For Our Lives would like to have in place are questionable at best and would likely be in violation of the Constitution.
If you want to drive home laws that are crafted so poorly they violate the Constitution, a “roadblock” is probably in order.
