As someone who was born and raised in Florida, watching liberals hate on my state always reminds me of how much I miss the fresh smell of sea air and freedom there.

The latest example of insane leftist rants comes from television personality Ana Navarro, who, during an episode of The View, said she yells “We say gay!” whenever she’s driving in or near Florida.

“I try to do it every time I’m anywhere near Ron DeSantis or any of his people,” Navarro explained. “I go around like a dog in Florida with my head outside of my car. ‘We say gay! We say gay! We say gay!’”

Unfortunately for Navarro, screaming those words out of her car window won’t give her the attention she craves in Florida. The state's recently enacted Parental Rights In Education law, inaccurately dubbed by leftists and the media as the “Don’t Say Gay bill,” doesn’t criminalize the word “gay.” Instead, the bill protects children from brainwashing in school by simply stating that “Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.”

As much as I disagree with Navarro on almost everything, I feel rather sorry for her. The leftist media had made up the name “Don’t Say Gay” to infuriate those who didn’t read the bill - which doesn't prohibit anyone from "saying gay." Now, one of their own just used the phrase in a difficult-to-swallow anecdote, making herself look like a fool on live television.
