Civil rights leader and news contributor Alveda King, the niece of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., took to Twitter Thursday morning to voice her full support for President Donald Trump amidst the barrage of calls that he is a racist.
King's tweet came along with a clip of a recent appearance on Fox News where she responded to the majority of the media's claims that Trump is a racist.
"A racist is a person who really does believe that their race - their category of humanity - is superior or different," King said.
As for the written portion of King's tweet, she said - in no uncertain terms - that Trump "is not a racist!!!"
Here's King's tweet:

Trump has faced a unified front from the left in their belief that the president is not only a racist, but enabling "white supremacists" with his rhetoric, with some going so far as to call Trump a white supremacist himself.
