From Ketanji Brown Jackson claiming you need a degree in biology to know what a "woman" is to Sen. Cory Booker channeling his inner Shakespeare, this week's Senate hearings to confirm Joe Biden's SCOTUS pick were nothing short of a circus - and one full of clowns.

Here are just a few of the wildest moments from the charade.

1. Jackson can’t say what a “woman” is, noting that she’s not a biologist.

Do you also have to be a meteorologist to know what rain is?

2. Jackson claims Roe v. Wade is “settled law” concerning the right to murder a preborn human baby.

In fact, it’s not – in fact, both Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey both face being overturned in upcoming Supreme Court decisions. And anyone about to sit on the Supreme Court should know that.

3. Spartacus at it again.

New Jersey Senator Cory Booker went on a bizarrely enthusiastic tirade Wednesday praising Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court, channeling his inner Broadway performer in a monologue about immigration and diversity that had a lot more to do with his own grandstanding than anything Jackson had done.

It was…weird.

4. When she apparently didn’t know that CRT was taught in the elite private school where she serves on the Board of Trustees.

5. When Jackson said she had “never studied Critical Race Theory."

This, despite having praised the father of CRT, Derrick Bell, and having claimed to have “drawn heavily” from the work of Bell’s wife, Janet, also an avid proponent of CRT.

6. This tense moment...

...when Senate Judiciary Chairman Dick Durbin literally cut Sen. Ted Cruz off so Jackson wouldn't have to answer his question.
