Happy New Year, everyone! 2014 may be over, but that doesn't mean the liberals stopped tweeting. In fact, they rang in 2015 with some really dumb tweets, as well as some that were utterly incomprehensible.
Hitting lead-off today is comedian, former TV star and one-time Green Party presidential candidate, Roseanne Barr, who had an uplifting message to inspire all of us as we started off the new year!
Wow. Bummer.
I seem to remember a show in the early 90's that portrayed a completely dysfunctional American family whose members were crude and did absolutely horrible things to each other almost all the time. Yet, no matter how awful they were to one and other, they always managed to work things out because of....wait for it... unconditional love. What was that show called again? Oh yeah..ROSEANNE! And YOU created it. Guess your worldview has changed quite a bit since the days when people actually wanted to watch you on TV.
Roseanne Barr may be the biggest downer on Twitter. Go ahead and read some of her Tweets. It's the Twitter equivalent of that time they let her sing then National Anthem at a San Diego Padres game. I'll answer the second part of that question first. M.I.A is a Sri Lankan rapper whose song, "Paper Planes" was a big hit in the U.S.. in 2008. She also absolutely despises America. Probably, because the U.S. government has revoked her Visa to the US on several occasions. And not simply because her music sounds like a recording of a Hillary Clinton speech stuck on the parts where she yells. It's also due to her ties to a Sri-Lankan terrorist group, the anti-American lyrics contained in her songs and violent anti-American imagery in her videos. Of course, her hatred of this country didn't stop her from joining Madonna on-stage at Super Bowl XLVI and giving the entire nation the finger on national TV. So,she's a real class act.
As for the American calendar being based on body parts, if it is, I'm hoping this is the year of the foot - so if I see M.I.A walking down the street, I can kick her ass.
I honestly can't believe the Democrats Tweeted this. The Democrats DO know that conservatives see their Tweets, too, right? Okay conservatives, let's all say our favorite moment of 2014 together, shall we? 1...2...3.....
