What?! Possible corruption under German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s leadership? You don’t say?

According to the German news site Die Welt, the German Prosecutor’s Office reported that there have been 1,000 criminal complaints against Merkel for high treason against the state of Germany. The complaints supposedly have come in as a result of Merkel’s championing of the migrant crisis in which “more than a million” migrants entered Germany in 2015 alone.

All of these complaints against Merkel have been dismissed, because “the criminal charges against the Federal Chancellor have all proved to be untenable,” according to the spokesman for the Federal Prosecutor’s Office Frauke Kohler.

Breitbart reported:

Merkel’s migrant policy has been slammed by many critics across the political spectrum and whilst initially many Germans believed in Merkel’s “wir schaffen das!”, or “we can do it!”, slogan, the attitudes of regular Germans has shifted dramatically in recent months after events like the Cologne sex attacks and the Berlin Christmas Market terror attack.

It can’t be said for certain if Merkel is or has done anything to combat the violence against German citizens, particularly women, by the migrants who were blindly accepted into Germany.

It seems as though Merkel has changed her slogan from, “we can do it,” to, “I will do it whether you like it or not.”
