Remember how Rolling Stone in 2017 paid huge settlements to a University of Virginia fraternity and university administrator because it published unfounded, erroneous, claims about a gang rape at the frat – a crime that never occurred? The magazine seems to have sunk to those kinds of nonexistent “journalistic standards” again, and it’s been joined by numerous other media outlets – all of which…

Remember when the US Congress declined to issue a Declaration of War to invade Afghanistan, something required by their Constitution in order to have any President send members of the US armed forces into a foreign land to become an occupying force? Remember the $83 BILLION in weapons, vehicles, infrastructure, aid, training, and other sundries that the politicians in DC showered on Afghani…

It seems as if a lot of American media outlets are talking about the FDA and CDC, after two top-level FDA “vaccine bureaucrats” announced their plans to resign under the Biden administration. But, of course, their analysis is mostly surface-level chit-chat about in-fighting and turf, not deeper, longer-term discussions about the constitutionality of the agencies themselves, or about their…

Oh, and she posed for a picture, there, as well. Jennifer Kizer Tift is her name, and, as National File’s Andrew White reports: The Red Wing, Minnesota School Board had just voted for a mask mandate for children in their schools during a special school board meeting on August 23. One very liberal member of the board who voted in favor of child mask enforcement, Jennifer Kizer Tift, was caught…

In a move that has sent many leftists into paroxysms of outraged contempt, the Texas Supreme Court Thursday called for the temporary removal of a lower court’s injunction, an injunction that would have blocked Governor Greg Abbott’s Executive Order prohibiting local school districts from imposing mask mandates on kids in government schools. The lift of the injunction will remain until the court…

British Musician Eric Clapton released his new single Friday, and it’s triggering many collectivists to show their knee-jerk callousness, ignorance, and self-defeating disregard for the individual. Entitled, “This Has Gotta Stop,” the song travels musical paths encompassing blues, rock, and up-tempo folk, and the lyrics are timely, potent, and heartfelt, stemming from Mr. Clapton’s own…

The ruling came over the case “Alabama…
