What ABC, CBS and NBC Ignored: States File Suit Against Obama's HHS Mandate

On February 23, seven states filed suit against the Obama administration's mandate that religious institutions pay for health insurance that includes birth control coverage; the suit argues that such an intrusion is a violation of the First Amendment and freedom of religion. While CNN and Fox News both recognized the news value of the lawsuit, as of February 28, none of the three broadcast networks have bothered to tell their viewers.
