US, UAE Launch Initiative to Counter ISIS on Social Media

A new U.S.-UAE initiative aimed at countering the ISIS’ use of social media declares in a launch video that “the voices of over a billion Muslims and hundreds of millions of others cannot be drowned out by the hatred of just a few.”
