UK Foreign Secretary: GCHQ Bugging Claim Won’t Damage Ties; Like ‘a Gnat Against a Rhinoceros’

British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson told the House of Commons Tuesday the recent spat over claims the GCHQ spy agency bugged Trump Tower would not harm transatlantic relations, saying the damage caused could be “likened to that of a gnat against a rhinoceros.”
