Turkey Won’t Sign Anti-ISIS Pledge, But State Dep’t Calls it ‘Our Very Close Counterterrorism Partner’

State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf said Thursday the administration was not concerned that Turkey had refused to join the U.S. and 10 Arab states in signing a pledge to combat ISIS, calling the Turks “our very close counterterrorism partner.”
