Transgender Activist: 'In North Carolina, They're Calling 1st and 2nd Graders Sexual Predators'

Mara Keisling, executive director of National Center for Transgender Equality, told C-SPAN's "Washington Journal" on Monday that there is "no evidence" that letting transgender people use whatever restroom corresponds to their gender identity will lead to sexual predators taking advantage of the policy.
