Tony Perkins: Supreme Court Won't Settle Same-Sex Marriage Issue

Family Research Council President Tony Perkins told CBS's "Face the Nation" on Sunday that the U.S. Supreme Court won't settle the issue of same-sex marriage, and that the court's job is not to "create public policy."
