Time Magazine's Mark Halperin maintains that Republicans are "mocking" President Obama with their "childish" response to his Oval Office speech. Rather than looking for common ground,the GOP is wishing to stand apart in the push for a new energy agenda, according to Halperin. This coming in a time of "national crisis."
