State Dep’t: Individual Israelis and Palestinians ‘Guilty of Acts of Terror’

At Wednesday’s daily press briefing State Department spokesman John Kirby was asked whether both Israelis and Palestinians were committed terrorist acts, and replied, “I would say certainly individuals on both sides of this divide are – have proven capable of, and in our view guilty of acts of terror.”
