Sen. Jerry Moran (R-Kans.) questions the USDA's promotion of 'Meatless Monday' for its workers in light of its responsibility to promote agriculture.
Moran lambasts this action by the USDA as 'discouraging something that is so vital to the US economy and something so important to the Kansas economy.'
