Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has sent a letter to banks being singled out for working with gun manufacturers by Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel. Within the letter, he invites them to relocate to Texas and urged Emanuel to keep his radical gun control north of the Red River.
