Sen Claire McCaskill: The Senate Passed a Budget Last Year

The Quincy Journal caught up with Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) and asked her when the Senate would pass a budget. McCaskill then claims the Senate passed a budget last year that President Obama signed into law.
McCaskill is referring to the Budget Control Act of 2011 and continuing resolutions which is not a budget. The Senate hasn't passed a budget since April 29, 2009.
