On April 12, 2012, Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), spoke at Al Sharpton's National Action Network Conference in Washington D.C.
MRCTV's Joe Schoffstall caught up with her after her speech and asked what's Plan B for the Obama Administration if the Supreme Court were to rule the law unconstitutional.
Sebelius dodges the question and instead says they are confident the law is constitutional and that the Administration will continue to implement it.
