Republican vice-presidential nominee Mike Pence’s staff arranged for him to get a haircut on Tuesday in Norristown, Pennsylvania but, as FNC’s Bret Baier showed at the end of that night’s Special Report, the barber had no idea whose hair he had just trimmed.
