Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney addressed the 103rd NAACP Annual Convention in Houston, Texas.

Romney received a chorus of 'boos' in response to his statement that, if elected president, he will 'eliminate every nonessential, expensive program he can find--that includes obamacare.'
