GOP strategist Ari Fleischer noted that when then-candidates John Kerry and Barack Obama criticized the Bush foreign policy during the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, they weren't criticized by the media the way Mitt Romney has been for knocking Obama's foreign policy.
