New reports suggest a major communications breakdown that delayed the investigation into the Benghazi terror attack took place inside the White House on September 11. Reports also state that the Consulate reported the Libyan security force tasked with protecting the Consulate was photographing the Consulate the day of the attack, and that a militia was gathering weapons three hours before the attack.
