Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA) calls Rush Limbaugh a 'hate monger' on the House floor. She repeatedly states, 'shame on you!' for his comments towards Sandra Fluke - the Georgetown student testifying for contraception.
Speier claims that because he called Sandra a 'slut,' he called all American women 'sluts and prostitutes.'
