This is an older documentary, around 2008 or so, and still going on and likely worse now. It was never broadcast in English TV. I have been sitting on this for years now and am uploading an old crude version of it by request.
If anyone is having toruble seeing MRCTV vdieos please use a browser other than Internet Explorer. People are reporting issues using IE but not on any other platform.
