PETER OGBURN (22 January 2013): There were some protestors by the way on early Monday morning [before the inaugural] there were a group of about fifty to sixty protestors that roamed through [DC] Chinatown. They did some damage to some banks, they did some damage to some other stores and said to report they bashed in the front windows of the Hooters restaurant in Chinatown and for now Hooters has had to close down while they repair the window.
