KATU, Portland, Ore. - Two people were arrested on weapons charges and a car police said was stolen and crashed on Marine Drive near Interstate 5 had four more Occupy Portland protesters inside, marking a rocky start to a planned large protest at a Port of Portland facility Monday morning.
