President Obama speaks about taxing Americans who earn over 250K, saying, "So that's why I believe it's time to let the tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans - folks like myself - to expire."
The tax cuts are to battle what President Obama calls America's "huge deficits."
Obama concludes, "the Amercican people are with me on this."
