Whoopi Goldberg on Wednesday’s (June 29) The View:
“As you know, the media cannot not take credit for having pushed some of these things about Hillary. I understand why she doesn’t want -- why her people don’t want her talking to folks. Because, whenever you get a Hillary Clinton story, there’s always some twist with it. There’s always some -- something with it. And I think they just felt like, listen, you’ve kicked her ass for, you know, 30 years. And so, we don’t -- we’re not going to just give you -- I’m just telling you how I’m looking at it. As a person from the outside. I’m not a journalist. Never wanted to be. Don’t care about it, okay. But, I do understand, keeping people away from journalists because now, because facts don’t matter, people are going to write what they want.”
