Politicker features a followup to Mayor Bloomberg's movement to limit soda to under 16 oz in restaurants and movie theatres in New York City. The ban on sugary drinks is a part of the Mayor's public health agenda, but apparently the installation of a National Donut Day is a just a "frivolity that is exceptional joy."
