In Marlton, N.J., a suburb of Philadelphia, the Nieuw Amsterdam Apartments Complex sent its tenants a flier that there are to be no flags or signs on complex property. Tenants have been hanging up flags and other patriotic items in preparation for the 4th of July. When confronted by the local CBS affiliate, the complex said it was a misunderstanding and flags are allowed to be displaced.
